BikerZoneZ – Refund & Return Policy (Chargeback-Resistant)

At BikerZoneZ, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain fairness and transparency, we strictly follow the policy below for all return and refund requests.

 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (based on verified tracking delivery) to request a return.

Any requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a return or refund under any circumstance.

 Order Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been processed or/and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be canceled.

This policy ensures that our logistics and shipping system functions efficiently. By placing an order with BikerZoneZ, you agree to this condition.

 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. 
- It must include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt).

- You must submit clear videos or photos of the received item showing the claimed issue (if applicable).

📌 Returns without a valid unboxing video or proof of condition will not be eligible for refunds.

📌 Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@bikerzonez.com to initiate a return request.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a video and/or photo of the received item.

3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is properly packaged and delivered.

🔐 Warranty Policy

BikerZoneZ offers two types of warranty packages. Warranty coverage depends on the package selected at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for warranty claims:

- Customers must select a valid warranty plan and keep the order confirmation with warranty details.

- Claims must strictly follow the conditions and instructions outlined in the warranty description provided on the product or warranty listing.

📌 Warranty claims made without selecting a warranty plan or failing to follow its terms will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Sale items, promotional or discounted orders, or items purchased using discount codes.

- Orders with free gifts or bonus items (unless all items are returned together).

- Gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items in categories such as personal care, perishables, or hazardous goods.

- Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the package without valid reason.

- Claims made without clear unboxing video or photo evidence of the issue.

🔁 Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please return the original item as per the process above. Once approved, you may place a new order separately for the item you want. We do not offer direct product swaps.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. The item must still meet all eligibility conditions as stated above.

📷 Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

To support your claim, you must include:

- Your order number

- Photos and/or video of the item showing the issue

- Description of the problem

⚠️ Without valid visual proof, we cannot proceed with a refund or replacement.

💳 Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

⚠️ Chargebacks or disputes without proper evidence or in contradiction to our policies will be challenged. We provide full documentation to payment processors when necessary.
